Position: Trainee Recruiter - US Staffing (Fresher)

Location: Bangalore, INDIA (Currently offering complete REMOTE (WFH) opportunity)

Shift Timings: 6PM to 3AM (Night Shift)

Job Description:

Preferred Qualifications:

• Be creative to identify avenues to search candidates and keep active database ready for client requirements.
• Help team members in sourcing hard to find skilled candidates.
• Should have excellent communication skills, Good interpersonal and team coordination skills
• Effectively manage multiple job requisitions and deliver on a high volumes basis.
• Require active co-ordination with business accounts and efficiency in feedback management.
• Proactively source, identify & qualify the best suitable candidate for client requirements.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Should be a recent Graduate - 2020/2021 passout
• Eager to learn Recruiting process & be proactive
• Working experience with any corporate sector is a Plus
• Meeting targets and SLAs on daily/weekly/quarterly basis
