You will be responsible for the following activities:
Handling full life cycle of field employees across PAN India for multiple divisions
Understanding manpower requisition from the concerned department
Induction & Joining Formalities
Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and
procedures across the organization
Assessing training needs to apply and monitoring training programs
Handling the payroll of all the employees in the field across PAN India
Overseeing and managing the performance appraisal system of field employees
Coordination with all the divisional heads and field managers
Developing and organizing employee engagement activities, OD programs
for the field employees across the organization
Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management
Database Management
Desired Candidate Profile
Any Graduate and MBA - HR with 6-10 years of experience in handling Field HR role for a Pharma company
Should be proficient in MS Office
Should have willingness to learn and good coordination skills
