Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via inbound calls or via chats annd emails.
- Update users about request status and close request when users are satisfied with solutions.
- Level 1 troubleshooting mainly related to desktop/OS, Custom and COTS applications, Exchange related, End devices, VPN, VOIP and share point as per guidelines in the knowledgebase.
- Remote desktop troubleshooting.
- Escalate complex incidents / requests to upstream technical groups.
Job Required Skills:
- Good Communication written & Verbal skills.
- Qualification- Any Graduates or UG
- Experience- 0 to 4 years of Technical Support Voice Experience(Basis Level)
- Shifts- 24*7.
- 2 Rotational weekly offs.
- 9 Hours Login ( With 1 Hour Break ).
- Ability and willingness to learn.
- Should be willing to take up challenges and go extra mile to perform work responsibilities.
- Must have great interpersonal skills and ability to perform under pressure.
- Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
