Urgent Opening for Talent Acquisition Specialist in Dubai based company.!!!

Designation - Jr./Sr.Talent Acquisition Specialist

Ctc - Upto 10.00L. + Other Allowances.

Qualification - Any Graduate.

Experience - Min 5 years 

This role will include remotely working till March, post March location will be Malad. (Should be flexible travelling Internationally )

Roles & Responsibilities -

• Sourcing
• Initial candidate Fitment.
• Discovery interview.
• Screening and then coordination for further interview rounds with the Interview panel.
• Creation of Role brief.
• Job description understanding with the hiring managers.
• Creating JD.
• Post selection Offer negotiation and generation of offer letter.

The position will report to Manager Shared Services & Talent Acquisition, who is based out of Dubai and is currently handling the portfolio & in turn reports to Director HR.
