Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the requirements for those jobs.
• End to end recruitment from evaluating competencies, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, scheduling interviews, and extending offers.
• Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
• Help candidates to prepare for both telephonic and in-person interviews and keep them in the loop with the latest updates from the client.
• Performing background and reference checks.
• Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager.
• Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork.
• Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal skills
• A Bachelor of Science/Commerce or 3 to 4 years experience as a recruiter.
• Experience in recruitment processes
• Should be Target Oriented and have decision-making skills.
