Position : Sr. Recruiter/AM - Recruitment/DM - Recruitment

Location :Udyog Vihar, Phase 4, Gurgaon

Salary : Decent hike on current CTC

Working Days - 6 Days (Monday to Saturday and Work from Office)

Experience : 3yrs - 9yrs in hardcore recruitment

Job Responsibilities- Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow up till the candidate joins.

• Should have experience of the various selection processes and must be able to conduct different types of interviews such as telephonic, Skype, and personal.
• Handling full cycle of recruitment from requirement understanding to sourcing of candidates through the in-house database, using job portals, referrals.
• Interview, conduct thorough pre-screening, and assessment of potential candidates, conduct skills assessment to evaluate candidates technical skills and competencies, and assess candidates ability to fit the work environment.
• Should be proficient with various channels of sourcing Job Portals, Professional networking sites - Social Media, Employee reference.
• Should be well versed with end to end recruitment process.
• Must be good in excel, MS office.
