Job Description
Managing a team Coordinators that carry out the following responsibilities:
Conduct pre-hire checks for all hires
Coordinate background checks with background check vendor (if applicable)
Support candidates with interview expenses management
Manage post-offer candidate care and onboarding support
Monitor requisition status and close requisitions
Coordinate with applicant reviewers to disposition candidates before closing requisitions
Managing a team of applicant reviewers accountable for the following:
Disposition of the employee referral profiles within the specified operational level agreement
Disposition of direct applications from every open requisition for all the geographies.

Analytics:
Maintain timely and accurate data in the applicant tracking system
Leveraging analytics for identifying and correcting lags within the coordination application review processes

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate should have a Bachelors degree or equivalent in one of the fields viz Business, Engineering, Human Resources, Psychology, Humanities, or related field.
- 8+ years of relevant work experience within HR or Talent acquisition function with proven experience in managing a team of experienced professionals
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior shared services experience
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Frequently transports equipment up to 5 lbs.
- Monitors and utilizes computers for more than 6 hours a day.
- Continuous communication which includes the comprehension of information with colleagues, customers, and vendors both in person and remotely.
