Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  1. Passionate about food,good knowledge of different cuisines ,ingredients and cooking processes.
  2. Excellent communication skills, seamlessly work with an enthusiastic team of foodies, market experts, food technologists and consultant chefs to build world class brands - from scratch - ideating the brand to building interesting menu lineup ,identifying customer usage scenarios and building categories accordingly, sharp planning and development of recipes - portioning,costing,giving insights to the packaging team, building cooking processes/setting up SOPs for central and outlet facilities and ensuring the process handover is done to all the stakeholders in time.
  3. Stay on top of market trends to ensure we have one of the best offerings in that particular cuisine at all times .Closely work with the performance management and business teams ,take inputs and churn out menu items efficiently with shorter turnaround time,to stay afloat in a very fast growing environment .
  4. Self Driven,positive,open to learning and growing each day ,good team building/management skills are a must
  5. Ability to spot and solve problems,exceptional communication and organizational skills,attention to detail and project management skills

Skills & Experience


  1. Self Driven,positive,open to learning and growing each day ,good team building/management skills are a must
  2. Experience of 5-7 years in building interesting Indian/modern Indian brands - meal , all day menu concepts and help churn out high quality food across the country.Expertise in local Andhra cuisine is a must. with a Diploma or Degree in Culinary is an added advantage.
  3. Ability to spot and solve problems,exceptional communication and organizational skills,attention to detail and project management skills
  4. Professional fluency in English and Hindi (preferred). Exposure to ,multiple regions/cities is an added advantage

Job Location - bangalore

Salary - 60k to 90k
