Job description
The customer service will be responsible for attending to customer's needs and complaints to the best of their ability.
CSR has to answer customer phone to provide information, resolve complaints and answer the queries.
Maintaining a positive , empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer queries.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Processing forms and requests.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
Ensure customer satisfaction while providing professional customer support.
Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Educational Qualification Required:
A Bachelors degree
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral/spoken communication skills.
Knowledge of CRM systems (preferred)
Excellent Computer skills.
Salary Range:
Rs. 18,000/- to Rs. 30,000/-
Job Timing:
4:30am to 1pm
5am to 1:30pm
