We are hiring Leadership IT Recruiters for HCL Technologies
Location: Noida
HCL Technologies is looking for professional Recruiters to fit into the TL and AM roles to source candidates on behalf of its clients for highly specialised positions. The successful candidate should be able to attract first-rate talent and ensure lasting and successful placements.
Role & Responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible for the entire recruiting life cycle including drafting the job description, devising the search strategy, posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing & scheduling; Concrete knowledge of Mid & Senior level hiring.
Planning & implementation of company's Talent Acquisition Strategy; Promoting the clients image as a desirable place to work; Create company's policies for talent benchmarking, talent assessment & interviewing; In-depth knowledge of Frontline Volume selection methods (bulk-hiring).
Anticipate future recruitment requirements along with analysis; Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics; Counsel the candidates on corporate benefits, salary & corporate environment; Administer and manage complete paperwork for new employees; Build long-term relationships with past & potential candidates; Study market trends in the staffing industry; Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities; Regular review meetings with Hiring Managers to get a clear view of company's hiring needs and organizational goals; Partner with customers to understand and implement their strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs.
Identifying and recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channels; Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility; Conducting confidential interviews, checking references and credits.
Referring applicants for job openings, administering pre-employment checks, checking references, POFU, conducting exit interviews for candidates declining offers and providing feedback on unsuccessful candidates.
Skills required:
- Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage;
- Devise and carry out a targeted research strategy;
- Follow up with clients and assist with the candidates transition and onboarding process;
- Network and build long-lasting client relationships;
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software and candidate databases;
- Building and maintaining excel dashboard reports for leadership;
- Experience in RPA hiring is must (AIML, BP, Uipath, AA, Analytics)
- Business acumen and market insight;
- Effective negotiation, influencing, interpersonal and communication skills;
- Integrity and confidentiality;
- Excellent organizational & time management skills;
- In-depth knowledge of end-to-end recruitment process;
- Strong stakeholder management skills;
- Ability to multitask & manage time productively;
- Creative thinker & proactive problem solver.
