Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Recruiter with expertise in end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT domains. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in lateral and leadership hiring, skilled in sourcing, screening, salary negotiation, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for mid to senior-level roles across IT and Non-IT sectors
  
• Source and engage candidates using multiple channels and tools
  
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and manage salary negotiations
  
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership for recruitment strategy and updates
  
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics
  

Requirements:

• 3 to 7 years of proven recruitment experience in IT and Non-IT domains
  
• Expertise in lateral and leadership hiring
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  
• Immediate to 15 days joiners preferred
