We are currently seeking a IT Comms - ROA resource to join our team in Bangalore, Karn taka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Diploma / Degree in Information Technology / Multimedia Technology / Digital and Interactive Media / Visual Communication
Proficiency in English and excellent in communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
Proven experience as a helpdesk support or other customer support role
Good knowledge of computer desktop, mobile devices, and software
Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.

Experience with WebEx is advantage.

Produce communications impact presentations and reports.
Technical documentation creation
Help to develop, refine, and execute the internal communications strategy.
Review all internal communications before dissemination.

To develop and implement effective communication strategies to build IT awareness.
Conduct IT training and IT campaigns/awareness.
