Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for End-to-End Recruitment starting from receiving the Requisition till Candidate Onboarding.
- Responsible for Managing Multiple Stakeholders across Group Entities and Business Units including the C Suite Management.
- Focusing on areas such as Industry Mapping, Talent Mapping, Talent Pool Management, Competitor Hiring Analysis, Strategic workforce planning, Delivery and Performance Excellence, Forecasting and Diversity Hiring.
- Creating and Implementing Holistic Recruitment Strategies to Streamline the Recruitment process. Having a Pragmatic and Eloquent Approach towards meeting short, medium and long-term business challenges.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 4 Years of Experience into Tech Recruitment ( End to End )
- Should have worked on profiles like - Java Developers , Full Stack Developers , Devops Engineers, Quality Assurance , Product Managers, Solution Architects.
- Candidate coming from a Fintech or a Consulting/Staffing Background would be an added Advantage.
