Job Description
Urgent requirement of Visa Officer (for overseas education)
No of Position - 1
Work Location - Noida
Exp - 2 -3 yrs
Salary range - upto 5.5 lpa
What We are Looking For :
- Minimum 2 years experience of Study Abroad Team Handling Graduate/MBA/ PGDBA (Operations) with experience & knowledge on Admission & Visa process for various colleges/ universities in respective countries especially US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand Europe & Asia.
- Communication to the other relevant departments/Students in case of any changes in existing process for obtaining VISA.
- Co-ordination between the Partners University & inter department.
- Astute knowledge of careers and college planning for international universities is mandatory.
- Knowledge of adolescent development and youth development principles will be helpful.
- Enthusiasm towards education, work, patience and self-control.
- Valuing outstanding customer service and working in a team environment with a growing organization.
- Excellent Communication, Writing and Interpersonal skills
Operational Development and Admission & Visa Case Management
- Take corrective measures for Admission & Visa rejections / refusals and getting the success in the subsequent submission.
- Coordinate for Confirmation of Enrolments, deferred cases and refund of fees from partner, in case of refusal of VISAs.
- Sharing of monthly Admission & VISA success reports.
- Study regular admission updates through constant research and tracking the changes with the partner associates/ partner institutes abroad and intimating the same to the Team & as well as students
Admission Filing and Student Records Management
- Ensure the students are serviced and guided well from start to finish of the student Admission & Visa process.
- Get Update online dashboard of student records and the excel sheets currently, by the team.
- Manage the students file, by the team. Liaison with the students to confirm that everything is done before the interview date.
- Implement appropriate systems and procedures, coordinate activities involved in the establishment and maintenance of student records for Admission & Visa purpose, ensuring completeness, accuracy and adherence to the standards laid down by the partner institution abroad
