Responsibilties:

• Responsible for the complete life cycle of total recruitment process of the company.
• Collaborate with the Recruitment Manager and the business functions to plan andimplement
• effective recruiting strategies.
• Manage complete recruitment process to meet the various staffing goals across all levelswithin
• multiple business units. 
• Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity.
• Coordinating with managers to arrange technical panels for interview.
• Sourcing profiles from Database / Various Web Portals / LinkedIn
• Preliminary screening / short-listing the right qualitative profile against the given requirement
• scheduling the candidates for interviews.
• Executed and Responsible for preparing weekly and monthly reports.
