Min 3+ Years of experience in Recruitment/Staffing services providers.
Prefer experience in hiring talents for Oil, Gas industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sourcing candidates by utilizing a variety of methods including networking, on-line and off-line advertising, , database searching and the use of LinkedIN, Social Media etc.
Previous experience of working with recruitment, ATS (applicant tracking system)

To manage the execution of end to end recruitment process of staffing for the Business Lines.
To source and screen CVs, schedule interviews & negotiate offers
