Desired Candidate Profile

• MBA/PG in Human Resources
• Min 3+ Years of experience in Recruitment/Staffing services providers.
• Prefer experience in hiring talents for Oil, Gas industry. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sourcing candidates by utilizing a variety of methods including networking, on-line and off-line advertising, , database searching and the use of LinkedIN, Social Media etc.
• Previous experience of working with recruitment, ATS (applicant tracking system)

Deliverables

• To manage the execution of end to end recruitment process of staffing for the Business Lines.
• To source and screen CVs, schedule interviews & negotiate offers
