Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for IT and Non IT end to end Recruitment Pan India
  
• To work closely with Hiring Managers, understand requirements, sourcing via job portals, job consultants, campus and getting the right fit within tight timelines
  
• Have a strong understanding of the market, the nitty-gritties of a JD and target 0% drop-outs.
  
• Manage a team of recruiters along with personal sourcing and present Dashboards and MIS to quantify recruitment efforts.
