Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Screening of resumes from various Job portals, Social Networking and Market references.
• Scheduling interviews and taking initial round of interview/screening and Forward them to ahead for final selections.
• Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements.
• Meet or exceed weekly goal expectations.
• Coordination with HR on behalf of my team.
• Process for Documentation and On Boarding & Background verification formalities.
• Preparing the day-to-day reporting to the Management.
• Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
• Maintaining an updated database of all employee information and documentation.
• Maintaining the plan of action, recruitment tracker and data for the candidates.
• Employee Engagement: Arrange recreational activities for employees.

• Experience in Recruitment or talent acquisition or US/UK/APAC/Internal/ Domestic/Any field Recruitment
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Strong work ethics and sense of commitment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Computer Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
