Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements.
  
• Work with internal stake holders to ensure a continuous build-up of talent pipeline especially at front line level.
  
• Prior Experience : - Candidates with 4-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition should apply.
  
• Conduct regular follow-up meetings with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
  
• Design and update a recruitment analysis dashboard for Hiring through referrals, job portals, Careers page, Social Media and external consultants.
• Should be able to handle large number of recruiters & had experience in handling volume hiring.
• Preferably kannada speaking candidate as the role involves hiring of front liners by managing the team .
