Position: Lead- Recruitment

Qualification: Postgraduate (MBA - Human Resources & Personnel Management)

Work Experience:

• Minimum 6 Years of experience in Recruitments preferably in in Non IT sector (Finance and accounting, back office healthcare and Insurance, BFSI)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Team handling, Stakeholder Management.
• Candidates having experience working for a consultancy can also apply.

Key Skills:

• Exceptional customer service skills and experience
• Working knowledge of Human Resources functions such as compensation, benefits, employee relations, training and development
• Technology skills Basic proficiency in Word processing, Internet and Excel sheets, Powerpoint presentations
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
• Good client-interfacing skills
• Pleasing Personality
• Energetic and self-driven individual

Job Descriptions:

• Develop and maintain relationships with internal & external Stakeholders, professional organizations and other sources of applicant referral.
• Manage a team of Recruiters & evaluate their monthly performance.
• Interview and assess candidates based on needs defined by department hiring managers
• Collect, compile and analyze customer survey data on quality and diversity of candidate pool and timelines and
• Responsible for creation and updating of Job Description and Job Specification as per all positions across the organization.
• Preparation and updating of process flow charts and maps, recruitment manual and testing tools.
