Immediate Openings for CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE for US VOICE PROCESS - BPO - Coonoor - Ooty

CTC - As per company standard

Experience -

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in International voice process .
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Should have a US Calling Experience
• Preferable the candidates nativity and schooling should be in Ooty.
• Willing to work in Night Shift.
• Exposure in email, Internet, Telephone, Etiquette and MS Office Preferred.

Job details: - 

• Job location is Coonoor. Candidates interested for Coonoor location alone need apply.
• Inbound US Voice Process / Night Shifts
• Working Days : Monday to Friday
• Pick up & drop facilities are available.

Desired Profile:- 

• Candidate should have excellent English Communication skills
• Must have the passion & excel in Customer Support Services
• Should have minimum 6 Month of experience in any International Voice Support process preferably US Voice process
• Should have good stability in the past jobs and should be able to work in a challenging environment
• Must be a go-getter & a good team player
• We prefer candidates who can join us within one week of notice.
