We are hiring energetic and confident individuals for our International Voice Process team. The role involves interacting with global customers, handling queries, providing solutions, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound international calls professionally.

• Resolve customer queries with clarity and patience.

• Maintain accurate call records and follow-up as needed.

• Meet performance and quality metrics.

• Work in a team environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Required Skills:

• Excellent spoken English communication.

• Willingness to work in night/rotational shifts.

• Good listening and problem-solving skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

Education:
Any Graduate/Undergraduate (with good communication)
