Position: Talent Acquisition Executive/ Sr Executive-Sales & Marketing Hiring (Leading MNC Manufacturing Company)
Role:
- Responsible for the entire hiring process for Sales and Marketing Manpower, including but not limited to coordinating with vendors, sourcing candidates from job portals and social media, scheduling interviews, conducting offer discussions, and facilitating onboarding.
- Responsible for End-to-end recruitment
- Understanding manpower requirements of the various teams and planning for meeting the requirements in a timely and effective manner
- Develop and implement specific recruitment strategies for open positions, keep stakeholders updated on progress.
- Handling various activities involved in the entire talent acquisition cycle and ensuring that the recruitment needs of the company are handled smoothly and in a timely manner
- Ensure TAT Compliance for all Hiring Activities while keeping costs in check
Requirements:
- MBA (HR)
- 3-6 yrs of experience in Recruitment/ Talent Acquisition, especially into Sales manpower recruitment, especially in the manufacturing industry
- Good communication, written, negotiation and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
