1. Create and implement a long-term communication and marketing strategy (with set-up of a yearly commercial calendar plan) and provide strategic input and direction for the brand while keeping the company s vision, mission and
objectives in mind.
2. Drive and monitor the delivery of the brand direction and recommend areas of improvement, related to brand positioning, product launches, competitive environment and overall corporate identity.
3. Coordinate with the sales channels to incorporate their different needs into the above mentioned strategy ideation and thus serve as support function for business target achievement.
4. Drive opportunities for internal and external communications, understanding both the lingerie business and the customer needs.
5. Ensure clear internal and external positioning of key product concepts, including understanding of distribution channel, target consumer and key messaging.
6. Consistent updates on consumer and industry trends through relevant literature, personal involvement and directing market analysis and research to identify opportunities and facilitate decision-taking.
7. Set up analysis tools for relevant evaluation of marketing activations and recommendations on future directions.
Internal and external communication
1. Act as the brand s spokesperson with media relations, formulating and implementing public relations strategies, selecting and managing communications with agencies, as well as developing media marketing strategies and other
non-campaign activities.
2. Closely collaborate with the Manager Trade Marketing & Events for all communication- and brand-related aspects at POS across India and for all types of events.
3. Be hands on in the creation and development of content and creatives for the desired category and brand positioning and direct external agencies where work scope requires.
4. Drive the development and delivery of fully integrated marketing campaigns supporting the brand and business targets by working with key internal and external stakeholders to understand the business, products and Indian
market needs. This includes the planning, creation and management of all external and internal communications and press releases as well as web or social media presence.
5. Lead reporting on marketing initiatives, including collection and evaluation of tools, KPIs and sharing of best practices.
6. Execute the overall internal and external public relations communication strategy - press release and article development.
7. Increase brand and product visibility in line with marketing strategy.
Customer interaction and business partnerships
1. Supervise and direct the workflow of marketing, advertising or public relations across teams and maximise collaboration, efficiency and creativity in the building and maintenance of consistent branding and corporate identity across sales channels and the industry.
2. Partner with the regional management team to ensure global alignment and consistency of messaging and approach.
3. Build up valuable client relationships for maximisation and effectiveness of communications strategy with strong brand awareness and positioning.
