Job Description
- Location Name: Lucknow Job Purpose THE ROLE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR TRACKING, MONITORING AND ANALYSING THE REPUTATION OF BAJAJ FINANCE ON SOCIAL MEDIA - ANALYSING TRENDS AND AREAS OF IMPROVEMENT. IT INCLUDES PROACTIVE AND REACTIVE ENGAGMENT BY THE BRAND AND WORKING WITH PARTNERS TO CREATE A POSITIVE SENTIMENT ON SOCIAL MEDIA. Duties And Responsibilities Track brand mentions, online conversations and engagement on social media platforms. Analyse sentiment in detail with respect to companys products, services, corporate information and business Deep dive into reasons behind adverse sentiment, lead the Root Cause Analysis of top risks to brand reputation and work across functions to mitigate risk to reputation Draw data from social media platforms using listening tools but present it as an independent analysis based on business and brand priorities Create daily reports and dashboards to track progress, extract insights and inform stakeholders. Conduct research and data analysis to understand user behavior vis--vis the brand on social media and identify risks to brand reputation. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in social media. Study the competitive landscape Act as a focal point to collate and present different aspects of reputation management in daily / monthly reports PARTNER MANAGEMENT Identify agencies, evaluate their capabilities in alignment with requirements and conduct negotiations for partnership Monitor existing agencies, conducting regular performance reviews Oversee implementation of plans, and ensure all necessary deliverables are met within specified timelines and up to expected quality Major Challenges Managing issues and negative online conversations and finding ways to drive a positive image for the brand Required Qualifications And Experience A bachelors degree in communications, marketing, or a related field. 7-10 years of experience managing and analyzing social media. Knowledge of social media platforms, analytics, and trends. Ability to understand data and provide insights from it. Strong written and spoken communication skills. Ability to work independently and multitask. Knowledge of SEO and web design. Experience with influencer and performance marketing. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Creativity and innovative thinking. Knowledge of the best ways to provide customer service on social media is a plus.,
