Job Description

 

• Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates across various technical and non-technical roles.
• Sourcing & Screening: Use various channels (job boards, social media, networking) to source candidates, and perform initial screenings to assess qualifications and fit.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews, manage communications with candidates, and provide timely feedback throughout the process.
• Job Posting & Advertising: Draft compelling job descriptions and post vacancies on relevant platforms to attract top talent.
• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and ensure recruitment processes align with business needs.
• Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are well-integrated into the company and receive a smooth transition.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
