Key Responsibilities
Sales Management
Drive increased wallet share in allocated bank branches by focusing on the right product mix.
Achieve sales targets, including Annual New Premium (ANP), case count, active branches, active sales staff, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaborate with Branch Managers and bank staff to implement business plans and drive successful sales efforts.
Motivate and support branch teams, assisting with application logging and ensuring proper documentation.
Develop and execute short-term and long-term sales strategies to meet targets.
Coordinate with Bank Sales and Operations teams for joint sales calls and to achieve business objectives.
Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with both internal teams (bank staff) and external channel partners.
Provide high levels of support to channel partners, maintaining responsiveness to their needs and expectations.
Execute marketing initiatives in alignment with partner requirements.
Ensure timely policy issuance and resolve any pending issues efficiently.
Maintain a proactive approach with customers to ensure their ongoing engagement and portfolio management.
Focus on maintaining a high persistency ratio and provide excellent post-sales service.
Compliance and Reporting
Adhere to internal sales processes, compliance standards, and ensure all activities align with company policies.
Be a champion of the product and process standards within the team, promoting a strong compliance culture.
Follow the training roadmap and provide necessary reports to supervisors.
Ensure compliance with TALICs code of conduct.
