Job Title: LAP Sales Manager (Loan Against Property)

Location: AP _Vijayawada
Experience: 3-8 years in LAP Sales (Banking/NBFC)

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Loan Against Property (LAP) sales in the assigned territory.
• Develop and manage DSAs, channel partners, and direct sales teams.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure high-quality sourcing.
• Build strong relationships with customers & financial partners.
• Ensure compliance with credit policies and risk management guidelines.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to optimize sales strategies.

Requirements:

• Graduate/MBA preferred.
• Proven track record in LAP, mortgage, or secured loan sales.
• Strong network with DSAs, builders, and financial intermediaries.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
