Company Description India Shelter Finance Corporation (ISFC) is a provider of affordable housing and small ticket loans against property with operations across 15 states in India. The company has been in operations for 12 years and focuses on self-employed customers with informal income documents. ISFC offers financing for new house purchases, home expansion and upgrades, home building loans on previously owned land, and loans against property to serve the middle and lower segments of society. The head office is located in Gurugram, Haryana. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Branch Manager located in Jalore. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, managing staff, developing business plans, implementing sales and marketing strategies, and maintaining customer relationships. Additionally, the Branch Manager will ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
