Job Description

    About the role: The role includes onboarding new Channel Partners (APs), providing continuous support until they are fully operational, and ensuring their success by driving business outcomes. The ideal candidate will work closely with Product, Digital Marketing, and Compliance teams to ensure smooth onboarding, training, and engagement of APs. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive business model for APs, while collaborating with other product managers to ensure APs are well-versed in driving key products. Job Requirements: Ensure smooth onboarding and handhold APs until they are ready to drive business outcomes. Drive revenues from AP business by collaborating with APs to promote products such as Demat, Retail Trading, and Wealth Management products (e.g., Mutual Funds, IPOs, Bonds, FDs). Develop a rating system to categorize APs based on performance, identifying high and low performers. Partner with the Digital Marketing team to create and execute online campaigns that drive engagement, lead generation, and conversions for the AP business. Organize and execute offline engagements such as seminars, webinars, and events to educate APs, drive engagement, and boost conversions. Develop and manage training content, including videos, webinars, and documentation, to enhance the capabilities of APs and ensure they are well-equipped to drive revenue. Work closely with the Compliance team to ensure all APs adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements. Key Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. 5-7 years of experience in product management, partner management, or channel sales, preferably in the financial services or stockbroking industry. Strong understanding of AP business models and partner management, with a proven track record of driving partner success. Experience in developing and managing dashboards, particularly those tailored for business partners or sub-brokers, is a plus.,
