Job Description

Position Requirement: Strong background in quality assurance, with hands-on experience in managing QA activities across multiple projects. Skilled in developing and implementing QA processes, strategies, and standards to ensure high-quality deliverables. Experience leading small to medium-sized QA teams, mentoring team members, and managing day-to-day activities. Have worked closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and DevOps, to ensure smooth collaboration. Proficient in test planning, execution, and reporting, with a focus on achieving comprehensive test coverage. Experience with both manual and automated testing methodologies and tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and can analyze test results to identify defects and root causes. Basic understanding of performance testing, API testing, and security testing. Knowledge about emerging QA tools and techniques and proactively implement improvements in testing processes.,
