We are seeking a high-IQ, self-motivated Full Stack Developer (backend-focused) who is passionate about building exceptional software using best coding practices. You will work on high-performance backend systems, scalable APIs, and cloud infrastructure to support AI workloads. An ownership mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance team are essential. Key Responsibilities Develop & deploy scalable backend applications using Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask). Design, build, and manage APIs for our GPU cloud platform, ensuring seamless integration for developers. Architect and implement microservices-based systems to ensure scalability and reliability. Containerize & orchestrate applications using Docker & Kubernetes. Enable users to deploy and manage containers on our infrastructure, collaborating with system & network engineers. Optimize cloud-based AI model deployment using platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure. Design and manage databases (SQL & NoSQL) to ensure efficiency and scalability. Ensure adherence to best coding practices, software architecture standards, and system design principles. Develop frontend interfaces using frameworks like React or Vue, Requirements 3-5 years of experience in Full Stack Development with a backend focus. Strong expertise in Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask) and API development. Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure). Proficiency in database design & management (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis). Solid understanding of architecture design, microservices, and scalable system design. Strong knowledge of Linux environments and system troubleshooting. Ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and deliver high-quality solutions. Self-motivated with a passion for building world-class software. Ability to develop frontend applications when needed, using frameworks like React or Vue. Bonus Skills: Experience with AI model training and deployment. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
