Job Description

We are seeking a Generative AI Project Manager / Tech Lead to lead the development and deployment of AI-driven solutions. This role involves managing AI/ML projects, guiding technical teams, and ensuring smooth integration of AI applications across business operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with Clients, developer, and stakeholders to drive innovation, optimize AI workflows, and deliver impactful AI solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage AI/ML projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution. Architect and oversee the development of Generative AI models, chatbots, and AI-driven applications. Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to design and implement NLP, deep learning, and LLM-based solutions. Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and real-world applications. Integrate AI solutions with existing enterprise systems and ensure smooth deployment. Stay updated with cutting-edge advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, and machine learning. Qualifications Strong expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and NLP technologies. Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, Hugging Face, and OpenAI/Gemini APIs. Hands-on experience in chatbot/AI agent development and deployment. Solid background in software development, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), and AI infrastructure. Proven ability to manage AI/ML projects and lead cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, or related fields.,
