Deputy Manager - OSD Packing @ Flowsure Service

Job Description

As a Deputy Manager at Zydus Healthcare Limited's Sikkim Unit II, your primary responsibility will be to oversee daily operations across various business sections, including Planning, Packaging Development, Warehouse, QA/QC, Engineering, Production, Finance, and HR. It is crucial that you ensure strict adherence to cGMP and safety norms, maintain work discipline, and achieve operational goals within the allocated budget and timelines. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve daily planning targets, ensuring timely execution of operational activities within the budget, setting operational goals to meet or exceed performance expectations, overseeing primary and secondary packaging sections, verifying documentation, managing SAP system entries and finished product bond transfers, resolving operational issues, managing resources, conducting regular team meetings, addressing customer complaints efficiently, and fostering a trusting work environment. To excel in this role, you must have proven experience in packaging/production management, possess strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills, and be knowledgeable about cGMP, safety norms, and SAP systems.
