This is an equity-only position, perfect for a technology leader who understands the dynamics of talent acquisition, scalable IT services, and digital transformation. If you have experience in Staff Augmentation, IT Consulting, and Tech Leadership, and want to be part of a fast-scaling venture, lets connect! Role & Responsibilities Define and execute the technology and platform strategy to align with business goals. Lead tech-enabled solutions for staff augmentation, IT services, and automation. Oversee product development (if applicable) and digital transformation initiatives. Build and manage a high-performing tech team to support business growth. Develop and maintain partnerships with clients, vendors, and industry leaders. Qualification 5+ years of experience in Staff Augmentation, IT Consulting, or Workforce Solutions. Proven track record in leading tech teams and scaling IT services or platforms. Ability to attract, mentor, and lead a technical team. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building from the ground up. Strong network in the staffing & IT industry is a huge advantage.,
