Role - Collection Manager - Two Wheeler Loan

Location - Kollam , Kochi , Malappuram

Minimum 2 Years of Experience in Collections, Collection Manager ,Two Wheeler Loans Collections. From Any Banking / NBFC Can apply with relevant experience

Job Role

Handling Collection portfolio Team, Handling NPA Cases of vehicle loans (preferably Two Wheeler Loans)
Handling team of callers, Field Executives, ceasing agency co-ordination
Managing Quality TAT.
Should be good in data analysis, report making.
Planning and executing collection on a monthly basis to achieve collection efficiency
To monitor team performance periodically.
To Guide and lead the team towards achieving monthly targets.
Coordinating with agency resources and doing the call planning for better resolution, ensuring appropriate support to the agency on difficult cases analyzing the problem.
Ensured timely service delivery as well as collections from the clients within the stipulated credit period while managed the distribution system of the company and maintained smooth operations across the units.
Maintaining Reports Database.
