    Job Summary:

    We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious MBA graduate to join our sales team. As a Sales Executive specializing in crypto trading, you will play a key role in acquiring new clients, promoting our trading products, and helping users navigate the crypto ecosystem.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify, engage, and on-board retail and institutional clients for crypto trading services.
    • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects using networking, cold outreach, and lead generation strategies.
    • Educate potential clients on our platforms features, trading tools, and crypto market trends.
    • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with product capabilities and customer needs.
    • Track and report sales performance metrics, client feedback, and market intelligence.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the crypto market, key competitors, and regulatory developments.
    • Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and client meetings.

    Requirements:

    • MBA in Marketing, Finance, or any in MBA field.
    • 13 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in fintech, crypto, or financial services.
    • Strong understanding of crypto currency trading, blockchain, and DeFi trends (preferred).
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Results-driven mind-set with the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
    • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Certifications in blockchain or crypto (e.g., certified Blockchain Expert, Crypto Trading courses).
    • Previous experience in trading, brokerage, or investment advisory services.
    • Multilingual abilities or international sales experience is a plus.
