Job Description
- Assign daily tasks to field resources and manage a team of AV engineers, project managers, and technicians throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to design documents.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, communicate with the PMC, and coordinate with all project stakeholders.
- Track project progress and timelines to ensure deadlines are achieved.
- Address technical issues on-site, or coordinate the necessary resources to resolve them.
- Oversee the delivery of materials to project sites, ensuring proper coordination with logistics and clients, as well as managing storage and inventory.
- Manage project receivables in line with milestone billing.
- Maintain an MIS for all open sites and collaborate with project managers on manpower deployment.
- Drive and oversee the growth of the AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) business.
- Solid understanding of AV solutions, with experience managing a team of 10-15 AV engineers/technicians.
- PMP certification is a plus, though not mandatory.
