    Location: Gurgaon and Mumbai Experience: 3-5 Years Education: Post Graduates (MBA) & Graduates (B.Tech - Must) We are looking to hire an IT Sales/Business Development professional. This Position is open for Post Graduates (MBA) and Graduates (B.Tech - Must). Preference will be given to candidates with prior IT sales experience, preferably BE. MBA marketing would be an added advantage, tentatively with an experience of 3 to 5 years after education. Prior Experience in IT Sales/Solution Selling/Alliance & Partnership Sales/SaaS Sales will be preferable. The position is open for Mumbai only. The Job Description is as below: The role involves targeting and acquiring new accounts through cold calling, prospecting, networking and identifying the CXO level contacts in multiple Industry Segments, engaging with them to identify the need for a Technology Solution in a B2B environment, and scheduling an appointment. Maintaining Relationship with existing Partners/Alliances, creating synergy for both to attain and retain Business. Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counselling, skills development and product knowledge development. Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible, and advising management on maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where the NEW customer base can flourish. Responsible for driving sales, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and meeting agreed targets, also promoting the organizations presence throughout the allocated region. Ensure that all sales activities are in accordance with the guidelines of C-Zentrix code of Conduct. Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team (in near future) by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports, cyclical sales meetings, sales newsletters and electronic bulletins. To be target driven. Venturing into new markets(Domestic and International) which a target driven approach Skills Required Excellent phone communication and business correspondence skills. Should have prior experience in Solution Selling/ IT Sales / Software Sales/SaaS Sales Clear, concise and compelling written and verbal communication skills.
