- Dashtoon is an Early Age startup backed by marquee investors, including Matrix and Stellaris. We are on a mission to reinvent comic creation and consumption using generative AI for the Western audience. Our vision sets us on a path to being the best in AI research, product design, content creation, and building the most innovative creator community. About the rol eAs the Program Manager, you will own the P&L of content sourcing and creation lifecycle. You will lead the effort of reaping benefits of cost reduction by using AI in traditional processes. Our initial focus will be on generating content for the English speaking western countries . Your Pa rtProgram Design: Conceptualising and creating programs to ensure smooth supply of creators and content and concepts as per business requiremen tsPartnerships: Driving partnerships with multiple external stakeholders to supplement supply and grow thSOP Master: Developing standards, systems, and best practices (both human and technological) for content creation and distributi onLicensing: Leading the process of acquiring IPs across the globe, which can be converted into engaging comic s.
