Job Purpose Job Specification Knowledge: Qualification Bachelor's/Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Skills: Technical SAP, MS Office (Advanced excel) Behavioural Team Player, Problem solver, Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Experience: Job Interface/Relationships: Internal Resident Faculty Staff Members from different department External Visiting Faculty Faculty Secretaries Faculty Managers Key Responsibilities and % Time Spent Promptly address faculty-related & Foreign Vendors queries to prevent escalations and provide necessary information - 10% Assist faculty members in understanding requirements of Tax documents to be submitted to ISB like TRC, Form10F, NO PE 10declaration etc. - 10% Share the list of GRIR (Goods Receipt Invoice Receipt) open items with respective departments . Follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure closure by the 5th of every month - 10% Assisting in resident faculty claims - 20%,
