- Location: MHTECHIN, Mumbai. Type: Full-time. Experience Level: Mid About The Role We are looking for a Data Product Manager to drive the development of data-driven products and ensure that our data strategy aligns with business objectives. This role sits at the intersection of data science, product management, and business strategy, working closely with engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to build and scale data-powered solutions. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the data product roadmap, aligning with company goals and customer needs. Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and data scientists to build scalable data solutions. Develop and prioritize product features that improve data accessibility, analytics, and AI/ML adoption. Work with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven insights into products and decision-making. Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security regulations (GDPR, CCPA). Optimize data pipelines, analytics platforms, and real-time data processing capabilities. Define KPIs and success metrics to measure product performance and impact. Communicate data strategies, insights, and product updates to leadership and stakeholders. Required Qualifications 3-7 years of experience in product management, data analytics, or a related field. Strong understanding of data infrastructure, ETL pipelines, and data modeling. Experience working with SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for data management. Ability to translate business needs into data product features and roadmaps. Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in data-driven SaaS, AI/ML products, or business intelligence platforms. Knowledge of Big Data technologies (Snowflake, Apache Spark, Databricks). Experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and customer analytics.
