We are hiring Database Marketing Lead! The Database Marketing Lead is responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role requires a strong understanding of database marketing principles, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven individual with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills who can leverage customer data to optimize marketing campaigns and achieve business objectives. Responsibilities: Data Management & Strategy: Develop and implement data management strategies to collect, clean, segment, and analyze customer data from various sources (e.g., CRM, website, social media, email marketing platforms). Build and maintain customer data profiles, including demographics, purchase and preference history, website behavior, and engagement history. Develop and implement data quality control processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Conduct in-depth customer segmentation analysis to identify target audiences for marketing campaigns. CRM Management: Manage and maintain the company's CRM system (Zoho. Leadsquare. Viewpoint). Develop and implement CRM processes, including lead scoring, lead nurturing, and customer lifecycle management. Train and support sales and marketing teams on the effective use of the CRM system. Email Marketing: Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., transactional emails, promotional emails, newsletters). Monitor email campaign performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and make data-driven adjustments. Ensure email marketing campaigns comply with all relevant regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR). Contact Management: Manage and maintain contact lists, including segmentation, suppression, and data hygiene. Develop and implement strategies to grow and maintain healthy contact lists. Reporting & Analytics: Generate regular reports on marketing campaign performance, including key metrics such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), customer lifetime value (CLTV), and return on investment (ROI). Analyze marketing data to identify trends, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights to the marketing team. Utilize data visualization tools to effectively communicate marketing performance to stakeholders. SaaS Solutions: Evaluate and implement new marketing automation tools and SaaS solutions to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in database marketing, CRM technology, and marketing automation. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience: 3+ years of experience in database marketing, CRM management, or a related field Specific Knowledge: Strong understanding of database marketing principles and best practices. Proven experience with CRM systems. Loyalty / Membership related Program marketing Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Marketo, Constant Contact).
