We are looking for a Community Manager + Marketing Lead to scale our brand, engage with investors, and expand our global reach. Key Responsibilities Community Growth & Management: Handle and grow our Telegram, Twitter (X), and Discord communities, ensuring strong engagement. Video AMAs & Investor Meetings: Host regular live video sessions, AMAs, and meetings with investors and the community. Marketing & Branding: Plan and execute social media campaigns, influencer partnerships, and digital marketing strategies to grow Larissa Networks presence. Content Creation: Develop engaging content (tweets, blog posts, threads, and videos) to attract and retain users. Partnerships & Networking: Connect with key industry players, influencers, and potential collaborators for brand expansion. Investor & Stakeholder Relations: Assist in pitching to investors, preparing marketing decks, and coordinating PR efforts. Growth Hacking: Implement data-driven marketing strategies to improve token adoption, LRSNode sales, and community participation. Who Can Apply BBA/MBA freshers are welcome We will provide training if you have a strong passion for Web3 & marketing. Candidates with 1-3 years of experience in crypto marketing, digital marketing, or community management are preferred. Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) Must be comfortable in video-based interactions. Strong understanding of blockchain, crypto communities, and DeFi trends (Preferred). Must be energetic, proactive, and passionate about blockchain & Web3.
