- Sr Consulting Manager Job Description Rockwell Digital Business is seeking a motivated, entrepreneurially minded, subject matter expert at the Senior Manager level to advance the growth of their India region. A Senior Manager-level consultant within Rockwell Digital is comparable to the Senior Manager or Associate Principal/Partner role in similar global consulting and professional services organizations. The next career step for a Rockwell Digital Senior Manager is the Principal or Director level (comparable titles in other consulting organizations include: "Partner", "VP" or "Managing Director"). The role offers a unique opportunity to nurture an established organization, strengthen the practice and evolve the Rockwell Digital brand. You will work with other senior members of the local Rockwell Digital team to facilitate the team's collective understanding of operations, strategy, information technology, customer experience and business transformation and the interdependency between them. Combine Rockwell Digital's long-term client relationships and global portfolio of capabilities to position Rockwell Automation as a thought leader for delivering business oriented, platform-enabled, outcomes focused digital transformation . You will drive profitable growth for the Rockwell Digital organization, using sound business building skills and strong commercial focus.
