Position Overview: An AI Consultant is responsible for helping businesses leverage artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to improve operations, enhance decision-making, and drive innovation. They analyze business needs, design AI-powered solutions, and guide organizations through AI adoption, ensuring ethical and effective implementation. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop AI models, algorithms, and systems to solve complex business problems. Good understanding and work experience of AI applications, capabilities, and best practices. Should have a good understanding of various AI models and fields such as NLP, Computer Vision, Gen AI, Time series etc. Hands-on experience of developing and fine-tuning AI models. Good knowledge of designing AI applications with front-end and back-end development team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions with existing systems. Drive end-to-end delivery of AI solutions, from ideation and development to deployment and scaling. Work and manage team of AI developers, data scientists, and researchers. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience in client engagement and consulting on AI solutions and use cases. Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in AI consulting, data science, or AI solution development. Industry-specific AI experience (e.g., healthcare, finance, retail) is beneficial.,
