Job Description

5 years of experience in various eLearning environments.

3 years project experience in the areas of Cornerstone on Demand, Learning experience platforms(LXP) and any certification is a plus.

Experience with executing system validation processes that include IQ/OQ/PQ scripts creations, reviews, and execution

Experience in executing product release activities that includes release assessment, testing, documenting , executing and post release activities

Functional and technical experience with business analysis, requirements gathering abilities and documentation.

Ability to work under minimal supervision and ability to understand and complete delegated tasks.

Self-motivated, innovative person with analytical, problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to changes and new ideas.

Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training.

Working with an E2E responsibility mindset.

Candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, and have strong written and verbal communication skills
