Job Description
Job Title: Electrical Engineer
Gender: Male
Location: Eastern Region (Saudi Arabia)
Company: ABIS - KSA
Project: Oil & Gas Projects - KSA (Jafurah Project)
Key Responsibilities:
Project Support: Provide electrical engineering support for the Jafurah Project in all phases of EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management).
Construction Management: Focus on construction management within the project, ensuring compliance with specifications, project timelines, and budgets.
Design and Engineering: Participate in the design, review, and implementation of electrical systems and equipment. Ensure that designs align with project requirements and technical standards.
Material Procurement: Oversee the procurement of electrical materials, ensuring that they meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
Project Coordination: Coordinate electrical engineering tasks, working closely with project management and other engineering disciplines to ensure project success.
Installation and Commissioning: Assist in overseeing electrical installations and ensure compliance with project specifications. Provide technical support during commissioning activities.
Troubleshooting and Technical Support: Provide technical troubleshooting support during project execution, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain project documentation, including electrical drawings, specifications, and procurement records. Ensure clear and timely reporting of project status and issues.
Qualifications and Experience:
Education:
Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer.
Relevant experience in Oil and Gas Project Management Engineering.
Experience in EPC phases (Engineering, Material Procurement, Construction Management), with a particular emphasis on construction management.
Technically qualified to support the Jafurah Project.
Certifications:
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.
FE (Fundamentals of Engineering) certification is advantageous.
Skills:
Advanced technical skills related to electrical systems in the oil and gas industry.
Strong soft skills with the ability to work in a team, manage conflicts, and lead projects effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
Professional personality, well-presented and able to represent the company with clients and stakeholders.
