Job Responsibilities Client Advising: Conduct structured sessions to understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions. Appointment Management: Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients, including follow-ups. Brand Promotion: Explain the AGI Technologies brand and create a compelling need for our services. Sales and Negotiation: Handle objections and price negotiations to generate sales revenue, meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets. Project Knowledge: Continuously upgrade and maintain in-depth knowledge of our technology projects to provide accurate and persuasive information. Consumer Understanding: Possess a deep understanding of client behavior to tailor your approach effectively. Communication: Demonstrate excellent communication skills in all interactions with clients. Leadership: Exhibit leadership qualities to inspire trust and confidence in clients. Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong, positive relationships with clients through regular follow-up and support. Call Management: Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound inquiries, explaining our services and benefits. Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. Leadership qualities. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
