    Job Title: Executive - Sales & Service
    Location: Hyderabad, Telangana & Andhra Pradesh
    Salary: 5 Lakh - 7 Lakh per annum

    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Executive - Sales & Service to join our team and manage sales operations across Hyderabad and the surrounding regions of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new customer inquiries, retaining existing clients, and providing tailored product solutions to meet customer needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to travel extensively across the region.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Generate New Business: Actively generate new inquiries and clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and client visits.

    • Customer Retention: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while consistently adding new clients to the portfolio.

    • Tailored Solutions: Understand customer requirements and deliver customized product solutions that align with their needs.

    • Sales Negotiation: Lead negotiations on sales terms and contracts to secure profitable deals.

    • Collaborative Sales Strategy: Work closely with the sales team to refine and improve sales strategies, sharing insights and best practices.

    • Lead Management: Address new leads and inquiries in a timely manner, ensuring high conversion rates.

    • Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed annual sales targets and provide regular updates on sales activities, performance metrics, and forecasts.

    • Market Insight: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.

    • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer information, and market data in the CRM system.

    • Regular Reporting: Submit regular reports, including customer updates, competitor analysis, market trends, and sales forecasts.

    Qualifications & Skills Required:

    • Experience: 5-7 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the flexible packaging industry (a plus).

    • Education: Diploma or Bachelors degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.

    • Skills:

      • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

      • Exceptional networking and relationship-building abilities.

      • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

      • Leadership experience and the ability to manage a team (a plus).

      • Willingness to travel frequently across Hyderabad, Telangana, and Andhra Pradesh, with occasional trips to Delhi and surrounding areas.
